Ruby Garden is one of the best-scaling farming zones in the game, and the reason is a bonus that compounds with difficulty rather than sitting flat.

How do you open Ruby Garden?

Use the Magic Rubies in Dawn’s Chapel. A Ruby Key is required.

Both parts matter: the rubies are the interaction, the key is the cost.

What does Ruby Garden contain?

  • A random number of Ruby Garden Chests each time — the count is not fixed, so runs vary.
  • Endrixia, a boss the zone has spawned since Season 7.

How much extra loot does Ruby Garden give?

This is the part worth planning around:

Ruby Garden will generate a random amount of Ruby Garden Chests and 40% bonus Loot Quantity per Hell Difficulty (Hell 5: 200%).

Hell tierBonus loot quantity
Hell 140%
Hell 280%
Hell 3120%
Hell 4160%
Hell 5200%

The intermediate values are arithmetic from the stated 40%-per-tier rule and the confirmed 200% at Hell 5, not separately sourced — but the two endpoints are explicit and consistent.

Loot quantity, not rarity. Like magic find, this multiplies how much drops rather than how good any single drop is.

When should you spend a Ruby Key?

At the highest Hell tier you can clear. A key spent at Hell 1 gives 40% bonus; the same key at Hell 5 gives 200% — five times the benefit for the same key.

This is the same lesson as key dungeons, and it is the most consistent economic rule in Hero Siege: difficulty multiplies rewards far more than any other choice you make. Saving consumables until you can use them high is almost always correct.

Where does Ruby Garden sit among zones?

It is one of the game’s special zones, alongside Bifröst, Arch Demons Plateau, Unstable Rift, Sheeponia, Mists of Chaos, Challenge Dungeon, Chaos Tower, Niflheim, Asgard, Angelic Realm, Vanaheim and Rift of Fortune — separate from the numbered acts.

The key-dungeon guide explains how ordinary key tiers work, while the Tier 4 comparison separates rarity from difficulty. Use the world-map guide for the surrounding zone structure and the Magic Find guide before treating Ruby Garden’s multiplier as the whole farming calculation.

Next step

Hold Ruby Keys until you are clearing the highest Hell tier you can manage — the loot bonus scales fivefold between Hell 1 and Hell 5.
