Hero Siege Endrixia - Abilities, Location and Drops

Endrixia is a Season 7 Ruby Garden boss with three ranged attacks and a Dragon-themed drop set, plus an alternate Season 10 Ether Tree spawn route.

Endrixia only shows up once the rest of the site talks about her, so a direct search for her abilities or drops has nowhere dedicated to land — this covers both.

Where do you find Endrixia?

Ruby Garden. Endrixia has been part of the zone since Season 7, and opening Ruby Garden itself works the same way it always has: Magic Rubies at Dawn’s Chapel plus a Ruby Key, as covered in the Ruby Garden guide.

A Season 10 farming route also lets her spawn outside Ruby Garden entirely — see Is there another way to fight Endrixia? below.

What are Endrixia’s abilities?

Three, confirmed independently by the official wiki and a current Season 10 farming guide, which makes them safe to treat as stable across sources:

AbilityWhat it does
Pillars of DestructionFires a barrage of fireballs inward from pillars around the arena.
Falling SkyDrops a barrage of meteors from above, dealing impact damage and leaving a burning ground effect.
DragonflightSummons a dragon that flies in a line toward you, leaving a trail of fire behind it.

All three are ranged, arena-wide attacks rather than melee combos — the danger is positioning inside overlapping fire zones, not getting caught in a single big hit.

The same Season 10 guide puts her health at roughly 96 billion HP on Inferno difficulty. That figure is not restated on the official wiki, so treat it as a current community-reported number rather than an official stat.

What does Endrixia drop?

ItemSlot
Dragon Knight’s HelmetHelm
Dragon Knight’s VanguardBody Armor
Dragon’s EyeAmulet
Dragon’s BlessingRing
Dragon’s HeartCharm (2x2)
Arcane PumpkinCharm (2x2)
Soul CollectorCharm (1x5)
AnnihilatorCharm (1x2)

The first five — the Dragon-named pieces — are confirmed on both the official wiki and the Season 10 guide. The last three (Arcane Pumpkin, Soul Collector, Annihilator) come from the Season 10 guide only. No source gives a drop-rate percentage for any individual item, unlike Ruby Garden’s own stated loot-quantity bonus, so no rate is claimed here.

Is there another way to fight Endrixia?

Yes — according to a current Season 10 farming guide, the Ether Tree opens an Overworld route that bypasses Ruby Garden entirely:

  1. Path toward the Wrath of Endrixia node in the Ruby Gardens branch of the Ether Tree. Its small nodes each add a 0.15% chance, for a combined 0.45%, to spawn a Ruby Chest in place of a normal chest anywhere in the Overworld.
  2. Take the Chaotic Endrixia node just below it. It adds a further 1% chance for Endrixia to spawn tougher (more life and damage) — and, in exchange, unlocks Unholy and Angelic Charms as possible drops from her, on top of the item table above.
  3. Run a map that spawns a lot of chests to begin with. The guide recommends Chilling Lakes for this specifically.

This route trades a low per-chest chance for repeatability: instead of one Ruby Garden entry per key, every chest on every Overworld run is a shot at a Ruby Chest. See the Ether Tree guide if the system itself is new to you before committing points to it.

This entire alternate-route mechanic — the node names, the percentages, and the extra charm drops — is reported by that one guide and isn’t corroborated by the official wiki, so treat the exact numbers as current community data rather than a documented drop table.

Next step

If you already have Ruby Garden access, that is still the direct route to Endrixia. If you are farming Overworld maps anyway, the Ether Tree route above is worth the two nodes for the extra Ruby Chest shots. Either way, expect the same three abilities and plan positioning around Falling Sky and Dragonflight rather than trying to tank through them.

If you are building out a wider boss-farming rotation, Gurag and the Guardian of Hell affix are the other documented targets worth planning alongside Endrixia.
