Where is Helheim?

Zone 8-5, in Act 8. You reach it by travelling through River Gjöll, and the quest objective for arriving is recorded as Gate of Helheim reached.

What is in the Niflhel Dungeon?

A quest step involving the zone’s scenery: interact with the bone piles to find a skull. The bone piles are the interactable, which is easy to walk past if you are clearing enemies rather than looking at the environment.

Act 8 shows on my map but I cannot travel there
